Word-Filled Wednesday: Matthew 6:33

It's easy for us to sometimes get caught in the worries of life: bills to pay, looking for other earning opportunities and other stuff.  My share for this week is a timely reminder for all of us, especially this Holy Week, that all we need to do is put God first in our lives, and He will surely take care of all our needs.

"But seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
Matthew 6:33

Have a meaningful reflection this Holy Week and may we all be reminded of Jesus' sacrifice for us and of God's tremendous love for us.

  5. Amen...this is one of the first verses I memorized. Lovely, tranquil picture, too. Have a blessed week.

  6. Not only during tough times but all when we are happy, we must let the spirit of God enlighten our soul. Through that our struggles can make us strong but most people only ask God if they are in need of help. I hope we always put God first in all things we do because if time comes when we are experiencing trials, even, if we don't ask Him, as long as we do good deeds according to His words, He will still bless us.
