Expect the Best and Get it!

Learning about the Law of Attraction was definitely one of the most wonderful things I've learned in my life.  It was an eye opener for me on thinking positive and on focusing on only the things that you want in life.  Most of us are unaware that when we keep on complaining and focusing on the negative things that are happening around us, the more we attract them in our lives.  So instead of thinking of negative and fear thoughts, we must replace them with positive and hopeful thoughts.

I learned to cultivate the habit of expecting the best in my every day life through a book I read on positive thinking.  It mentions these helpful affirmations to help any one wanting to get into the habit of expecting only the best:

Everyday as you confront the problems of life, I suggest that you affirm as follows: "I believe God gives me the power to attain what I really want."

Never mention the worst.  Never think of it.  Drop it out of your consciousness.  At least ten times every day affirm, "I expect the best and with God's help will attain the best!"

It works in all areas of our lives.  So whether you're applying for a job, hoping to close a sale, going on a hot air ballooning weekend getaway with your family, making a big investment, searching for the best Gift ideas for your loved ones special occasion, or just thinking about your relationship with your family and friends, always expect that the outcome will be good and that everything will be okay. :)

Just expect only the best and God will grant your heart's desire.

"According to your faith, be it unto you." - Matthew 9:29

  1. Experiencing difficulties is a normal part in our lives as we continue to live a life that is full of challenges and happiness at the same time. We oftentimes feel discouragement when things go wrong, wanting to have anything without noticing the simple things we have in our life. We just don't realize the beauty of life and what God has given to us. We really must have faith in ourselves that whatever endeavors we are struggling to there's always a solution and ways to overcome them.

    Have a blessed day.

  2. I started letting down my walls built up from past experiences. By trusting God, I have been so blessed. Challenges are still there and they're growing, but I feel that I don't have to deal with it on my own. Positive thinking and expecting the best has gotten me farther than I could ever imagine =)
